Accounts for Thailand Trip - By shop owner

Folowing pics of "accounts" done by shop owner upon ABS request. Such request had been made to shop owner several times, but not been done.

One day, ABS seek the oppotunity where by no one is on the shop.
Shop owner took out a paper and wrote this "accounts" for the Thailand Trip.

Tip was made somewhere July/Aug 2011.

Shop owner request ABS to put in SGD$2500 for this trip. ABS agreed as there are several items that were to be bought from Thailand.

However, mid of their trip, shop owner called from Thailand and said they had run out of cash.
As such request ABS to remit SGD$1000 to them.

IS a situation whereby ABS could not reject; as shop owner and ex-staff had run out of cash and they had not bought those items ABS requested ( items are for shop decoration or usage).

Below prices delcared on the paper by shop owner.

Gold Foil - SGD$150.00 for 500 pcs ;

Takrut casing - $80.00 (qty unknown)

LP Pian KMT - SGD$50.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

K. Krissana amulet -  SGD$520.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

LP Hong amulet -  SGD$12000.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

LP Kaey amulet -  SGD$380.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

LP Poon bracelet -  SGD$20.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

LP Poon K.P (believe to be Khun Pean) - SGD$40.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

LP Poon Leklai - SGD$150.00 (purpose and qty unknown)

Hook - SGD$10.00  (believe to be for chain, amulets;qty unknown)

Total expenses - SGD$7,709.00 !!!

WHY  such figures ?

ABS contributed SGD$3500.00  for this Thailand trip,  so shop owner had to present above such figures. So as to balance the 50-50 share between both of them!!!

How true is the price he had paid for those items (price he decared and written on the paper) ?

What amulets that need SGD$2310.00?

Will any business partner accept above statement of expense accounts ? All without any receipts. Especially those items not requested by ABS.

Will any business partner request to see those amulets purchased for more then SGD$2000.00?

Cost of items requested by ABS for shop usage - SGD$2,060.00 !!!

As such, for the withdrawal of investment. To ABS, is fair that both split these items accordingly.

regardless of how true the delcared cost and those unknown items.
