In desperation to raise as much cash as possible, shop owner will lied when he could.
Below pic of the LERSI amulet mentioned in the SMS.
After LP Nean left, he had left behind a bag his amulets.
Later stage at or around 20th -27th July 2011, it was then known to ABS from shop owner, that LP Nean had being very kind and had given the rest of the unsold amulet to the shop.
This LERSI amulet was one of them and was priced at SGD$800.
It was for temple buidling fund as well.
Knowing that such high priced amulet is difficult to sell in the shop and it is for the temple building, ABS said he will buy it.
And in such situation, ABS do not wish to hand any more cash and money to the shop owner; as it was not known if he really pay people with the cash, just as in the shop rental money.
Shop owner had very quickly claimed ownership of these amulets.
ABS remembered one incident. One day while in shop, there is this regular - a couple.
Again shop owner proudly talked about his precious amulets which he had received from LP personally - precious as it may be personally amulet wore by LP or master or very limited pieces.
The regular client openly mentioned in front of everyone. To the shop owner...
"wow , you always get the best amulets....then ABS get what huh? Then be your partner for what?"
Question 1: Did LP gave shop owner or to the SHOP?
Question 2: At the time, did LP knew that ABS was shop owner partner?
On 25th Oct at 1209am, via SMS, shop owner mentioned he had paid LP Nean.
During the negotiation meeting at about 10-11am, again shop owner had claimed that the LERSI amulet is his and he had paid LP. As such he demanded the $800 to be given to him immediately.
ABS did not give him any money.
Later, both ABS and shop owner had agreed on a date for another negotiation for the withdrawal procedures.
Before that meeting, ABS went to roxy square for advise.
He met the local experienced AC.
He knew from the AC, that the $800 for the LERSI amulet was not paid to LP Nean yet.
AC also mentioned he had a tele-conversation with LP Nean about the $800 for the LERSI amulet and a $1000 donation to LP temple.
LP Nean had mentioned that it is not urgent at all !
1. The $800 was not paid to LP Nean at all.
2. There was no urgency to wired such money to Thailand at all.
Only thing that went into ABS mind.....
That fellow was very desperate for CASH !

As for the rest of amulet ABS took....
1. one Phra Ngan amulet by LP Nean - for his part time KTV GF.
2. 2 X small Phra Ngan bucha by LP Nean
3. one amulet ($48 - shop owner selling price) taken by KTV GF friend. Of which ABS intend to charge that friend $188 for it, as there are some other geomancy services rendered to her at other place.
ABS purposely took these amulets as he knew one day if shop owner had asked for any payment for such amulets then he will ask the shop owner these .....
1. Once a client came. Both he and shop owner immediately step out and had a chat. Unfortunately they chat too loud and ABS able to hear some of the conversation. It was about some loans and re-payment matter.
Later, both came in and chatted. Shop owner took some amulets and gave to these client. and with their conversation was like using the amulets as repayment......
NOTE : no verifiction of this matter with the shop owner.
2. just as for the new KMT by LP Nean, and any other amulets, shop owner can easily take one for himself, why not ABS ?
Ealier, ABS had always pay for any services rendered by masters to him.
Example
Lersi Somphit - he was asked to do a cloth phayant. A special limited phayant - total 3 pcs; only these 3 pieces on this earth.
As the pic was pic of somphit in singapore. This pic is in pocession of ABS and shop owner only.
Unless either one of them re-produce any such phayant again, there will be only these 3 pieces.
(of course there may be other means to re-produce such)
the day when phayant was ready, was the day somphit's last day. He returned on the next day.
ABS took the phayant and went for blessing by somphit. After which ABS gave somphit a $200 angbao for his effort.
Other 2 phayants, were sold by shop owner to his regular at $88 each.
Best part. the other 2 phayants were collected by clients way after somphit returned Thailand.
Did he pay somphit for his effort for other 2 phayants ?
NOT KNOWN.
Same for Lersi Kalong, etc. angbaos were given to the master/s directly while after blessing.
